Summer@Shalom

If you are new to Summer@Shalom, please create a new account on the right side of the page under "New User Sign-Up" on the camp registration website. 

If you registered your child(ren) for camps last summer, please enter your email address under "Sign In" and select "Reset Password" on the camp registration website.

You will receive an email to reset your password which will then open your family's account with previous year information (thus saving you time and preventing duplicate family accounts). 

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and ACH (eCheck).
• You may also choose to pay in installments. Please note that by selecting the payment plan (installments), you are agreeing to have your account automatically charged on the dates specified.

You can register more than one camper at the same time. Simply click on the child's name and select the camps you want to register them for. Keep in mind that if a camper is checked off, they will need to have a camp in their cart in order to move on to the next step of the registration. 

• You will need to click on "add to cart" to add the camps that you would like to register for to your cart. 
• Once you've added the camps to your cart, the camp options (such as before and after care) will appear. Add these to cart if you would like to participate in this optional complimentary service.

After you select camps for each child, you can continue to complete the registration process. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• It is VERY IMPORTANT to understand that the system has no way of knowing of any conflicts in scheduling. For example, if you register for a sports camp the week of June 1, it will allow you to register for another camp for the same child the same week. PLEASE carefully review camp choices and dates when registering and make sure you do not have any conflicting camp sessions.

Early Registration

• A discount of $10 per Full Day camp and a $5 discount per Half Day camp will be automatically applied to your registration if you complete the registration process before 11:59 pm on April 25, 2025.

• In the unlikely event Shalom must cancel or postpone a camp, you will receive a full refund. 
• To cancel or modify a registration, you must contact us by emailing: summercamps@shalomca.com 
• If you elect to cancel your child's registration, and the camp starts in 14 days or less, no refund will be provided.  
• If the camp starts in more than two weeks, a 50% refund will be provided.  
• Please note, while unlikely, camp coaches and instructors are subject to change. This is not grounds for an eligible refund. 

All campers must have medical coverage to be eligible for participating in summer camps at Shalom.

ALL campers should bring their own water bottle each day. Please make sure it is labeled with their name. They will have access to water refills throughout the camp day.

• Full day camps - campers should pack their own lunch. Please do not pack items which need heated/cooked.  
• Half day camps - these camps run morning or afternoon, so please feed your camper before or after camp. 

Before & After Care is available to all campers. This service is available 30 minutes before the camp start time and 30 minutes after the camp end time. Campers are provided with childcare, at no additional cost. You MUST sign up for this during the registration process.
