Dutchfest Vendor Application 2025

Required

The 2025 Shalom Dutchfest craft show will be held Friday, May 2 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, May 3 from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Location is at the Chambersburg Rod & Gun / Franklin County Fairgrounds. The craft areas are located in three places: Warner Building, Clubhouse & Outdoor Vendor areas.

SET UP

Set-up time on Friday, May 2

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Warner Building & Outdoor Vendor Areas
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Clubhouse

The Warner Building and Clubhouse doors will be locked at 9:00 pm on Friday. Doors will be unlocked for vendor access at 7:30 am on Saturday. The craft vendor areas will be open for business at 8:00 am.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this event is to benefit the school and also to give you an opportunity to showcase your crafts or services.

VENDOR GUIDELINES

You may not use nails in the walls. If you desire to hang anything please bring your own backdrop.
Vendors are to bring your own table(s), chair(s) and all display items.
Space fees cover both Friday and Saturday and are as follows: 10' x 11' - $65
Each vendor is required to donate an item or a gift certificate to our auction. Please deliver your donation to the school office by Friday, April 4 so we may include a description in our printed auction catalog.
Available craft spaces for this event will be confirmed in the order applications are received. Your reservation will be complete upon receipt of payment. Space rental fee is non-refundable.
Craft vendors will have an assigned parking area. After you unload, please park your vehicle in the assigned area. (One vehicle per vendor in the assigned area, other vehicles must follow regular Dutchfest parking guidelines.)

I understand that Shalom's Craft Vendor Coordinator will reach out to me by email or phone to confirm my acceptance as a Dutchfest Vendor and if accepted will also send me a payment form at that time.

I understand these application forms are considered in the order they are received.

Craft Vendor Donation Agreementrequired

I understand as a craft vendor that I am required to donate one item or gift card to be included in Shalom's Dutchfest auction. I agree to drop off this item at Shalom Christian Academy's High School office no later than Friday, April 4, 2025 during regular office hours.
