Pastors - Join us on September 17, 2025 for a celebration honoring the impact you have on our students and families. We have a staggered schedule for the day to accommodate pastors who may not be able to stay the entire time. Please see check in times below.
CHECK IN TIMES
(in Shalom’s Main Lobby)
Pastors with BOTH Elementary + Secondary Students
- Arrive 8:45–9:00 am
- Check in, grab a drink, and connect with other pastors before Elementary Chapel
- Stay through both Elementary and Secondary events
- Optional tour of the new addition at 10:00-10:30 am or 12:00-1:00 pm.
Pastors with ONLY Elementary Students (PreK - 5th grades)
- Arrive 8:45–9:00 am
- Check in, enjoy refreshments, and attend the Elementary Chapel and classroom visits
- Optional tour of the new addition from 10:00-10:30 am. You are welcome to depart after 11:00 am.
Pastors with ONLY Secondary Students (6th - 12th grades)
- Arrive 10:25–11:00 am
- Check in and head to the Learning Commons to begin your visit to our school
- Optional tour of the new addition at 10:00-10:30 am or 12:00-1:00 pm.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY
9:00 - 9:45 am - Elementary Chapel (PreK - 5th grades) with Pastors in Shalom’s Gym
9:45 - 10:30 am - Elementary Classroom Visits
10:00 - 10:30 am - (Optional) Tours of the new addition (meet in main lobby)
10:30 - 11:00 am - Mix and mingle with our staff, grab a snack, and hear a vision cast for our community from our Head of School Education Mrs. Petersheim and Head of School Administration Mrs. Poe
11:00 am to 11:45 am - Worship with Secondary Students, Student Testimonies
11:45 am - 12:00 pm - Prayer time with Secondary Students
12:00 - 1:00 pm - Secondary Lunch - Pastors are invited to stay and eat with secondary students. Pack a lunch and enjoy the time with your students.
12:00 - 1:00 pm - (Optional) Tours of the new addition (meet in main lobby)
