The Flames played a tough, hard-fought game against an aggressive opponent and showed incredible heart until the final buzzer. Down 9 points with just one minute left, the girls battled back to cut the deficit to three, refusing to quit and competing until the very end. They executed the game plan well and supported one another through adversity. Annika and Kassidy led the Flames with 12 points each. Very proud of this group’s effort, resilience, and fight.

The girls showed great determination and heart in tonight’s game. After a slow start that saw us trailing 9–2 at the end of the first quarter, the team never quit. They battled back with strong effort on both ends of the floor, playing hard and supporting one another throughout the game. Our defense tightened, our energy picked up, and we fought all the way to the final buzzer. Although we came up just short in a 3-point loss, the growth, grit, and teamwork on display were something to be proud of. Kassidy led the team with 12 points and Annika had 6 points and played lights out on defense.
