The Lady Flames got their second win of the season, first home win against a very tall LMH lineup. The Lady Flames were able to overcome this disadvantage with superior serving, passing, and ball control. Chloe Diller had a hot hand at the net leading all hitters with 9 kills. Julianna Myers wasn’t far behind with 6 kills and Selah Henry hit .750. Jadah Henry really had her jump serve going tonight with 7 aces. Sophie Mentzer had another solid performance anchoring the backrow passing 2.04 and adding 3 digs. JV lost 0-2; 24-26, 25-27 After a slow start to the match the Lady Flames were able to settle in and play a really clean match. Lydia Zentz led the team at the net with 5 kills on 8 swings with no errors hitting .625! Julianna Myers was right behind her hitting .454, with 6 kills on 11 swings and only one error. Chloe Diller had a great night offensively as well hitting .333 with 5 kills on 9 swings accompanied by 11 assists. Selena Zook led the team in passing at 1.857 followed closely by Olivia Kearns and Sophie Mentzer at 1.667 and 1.444 respectively.
