At Shalom, our goal is to provide ample opportunities for students to learn computer technology and gain the skills necessary to create and contribute, not just use and consume, in the digital economy, and to be actively engaged as biblically informed citizens in our complex, technology-driven world. Through projects and classroom activities that require collaboration and communication, students will obtain technical skills and knowledge needed to pursue any field of study, be exposed to a variety of STEM concepts and ideas needed to develop or create new technologies, creatively solve problems, and gain an understanding of how technology supports the advancement of every field/profession, including STEM, arts, Biblical ministry, personal health, and other areas that are not inherently IT-based.
