Grade!All About Me!
Family:
My twin sister and I were adopted at the age of 2. For the first 3 years our family lived in Cario, Egypt and attended an American Elementary School. On October 1, 2005 I got married and now residing in Marion, Pa. We have a daughter born on June 9, 2007. Her name is Makayla.
Teaching Experience:
I
have been a teacher for the Prince George's County Public School
System, Maryland for 7 years. I taught 5th grade my first year
and then was a 2nd grade teacher. This
is my first year teaching at Shalom Christian Academy as a first grade
teacher.
Educational Background:
I graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.S ECE/Elementary Education and then earned a Master's of Reading degree through Bowie State University, MD.
Favorite Aspects of teaching:
Teaching all subjects. I love to teach and watch students engage in the activities and with eachother in all aspects of learning.
